In the dark, you taste something sweet and tart on your tongue, almost like apple but not quite: pomegranate juice, out of nowhere. A hint of something metallic accompanies it.

You fall down.

"Hmmm? It's a poorly-written book, but very well..." He walks down the aisle, glancing over the shelves, and finally pulls out a book labeled EMIYA and hands it to you.

It's also all in gibberish, inside.

The table itself is almost normal--save for the fact that its four legs are each carved into the shape of an elaborate sword.

Most of the food on it is Japanese in origin--a lot of rice, some teriyaki chicken and beef, eggs and various sauces. There are a few items of Chinese food as well, along with some Western foodstuffs. It all looks homemade and delicious.

With all that food heaped on the table, there's no sign of the key.

It's just barely wide enough for a person to fit through, but it widens up ahead. A dull red glow comes from deep within, as does the scent of brimstone. Right above the crack, a ragged red banner flutters, bearing an indecipherable symbol in gold upon it. That marking is oddly alien in this place.

It's easy enough to find the source of the noise--a young, golden-haired man in even more golden armor paces through the aisles, checking in a paranoid fashion on all the books. He's not clanking because of his armor--rather, chains hang from him, with five cracked swords strung through them.
